The humble roast potato - with a huge twist!
Perfect for a spin on your traditional roast dinner, or serving up alongside seasoned chicken, veg or steak!
Using a few simple extra ingredients to take these to the next level && made in the air fryer!
Ingredients
1kg potatoes - peeled & chopped
2tbsp oil or alternative
2tbsp honey
1tsp sriracha seasoning
Method
Add the potatoes to a pan of salted cold water, bring to the boil and cook for around 6-7 minutes.
While the potatoes are cooking, mix together the other ingredients in a small pan, gently heating until runny.
Drain the potatoes and shake to rough them up a little, pour over the oil & honey mixture and mix gently until coated.
Add to the air fryer and cook at 190C for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway.
Drizzle a little more honey on top when cooked and sprinkle sriracha seasoning for an extra boost of flavour!
