A fiery dupe for your favourite crispy hot wings.
Made using our hot & spicy southern fried these are the perfect, quick, easy snack.

Ingredients
12-15 chicken wings
50ml hot sauce
200ml milk or buttermilk
Method
In a large bowl or container add the chicken wings, milk and hot sauce, mix well until coated - set aside (this can be refrigerated up to overnight, or used right away)
Pour the southern fried mix into a separate bowl.
Take the wings, one at a time and shake off the excess liquid, drop into the southern fried mix, turning until fully coated, repeat until all wings are coated in the mixture.
Cook the wings as preferred, preferably deep fried or shallow fried, however air frying is possible.
Serve up with your favourite dip.
