Stuffed Chorizo Burger on a brioche roll topped with bacon, tomato & cheddar -->
Recipe
Ingredients:
Minced Pork - 780g
Chorizo Complete Burger Mix - 100g
Water (chilled) - 120ml
Babybel Light (any cheese works - approx 20g per burger)
Method:
Add burger complete mix to mince meat and mix thoroughly.
Add iced water and mix thoroughly.
Weigh the minced meat per burger and mould around the cheese.
Press into burgers using the palm of your hand or a burger press, ensuring the cheese is completely covered - this will save any leaks.
Cook using your preferred method (we recommend grilling, pan fry or BBQ) until the meat is cooked through.
Top using your favourite toppings & enjoy.
For Best Results:
The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the burger.
Leave burgers in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with meat.
Use cellophane or greaseproof burger discs between your burgers before they are frozen allowing you to easily separate the burgers before cooking - these are available on our site.
Suitable for freezing.
