Simply coat the chicken with our sriracha seasoning (available on it's own or as part of our air fryer favourites pack!) and stick in the airfryer.
We use chicken thighs for this recipe, but if you're looking for a leaner, lower fat meal the switch to chicken breast!
Ingredients
8 chicken thighs
1 lemon - sliced
spray oil or alternative
Method
In a large bowl, add the chicken thighs, spray with oil and sprinkle over the sriracha seasoning, mix well until the chicken is fully coated.
Add to the airfryer, ensuring the chicken is separated and has enough space to cook.
Cook at 190C for 20-25 minutes, half way through cooking, give the chicken a shake and add the sliced lemon on top.
Ensure the chicken is cooked through before serving.
