This dish is hugely inspired by Thai cuisine, with spicy, sriracha flavours, serve on its own with jasmine rice - or whip up a quick coconut based sauce!
This versatile seasoning is great with all meat, fish, veg & alternatives, the perfect subtle kick of spice.
Ingredients
1 x boneless salmon fillet
1 tbsp Sriracha seasoning
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp honey
spray oil or alternative
Method
In a small bowl, add the honey, soy sauce & sriracha seasoning - mix well till fully combined, season to taste with salt & white pepper.
Brush the mixture on the salmon and wrap loosley in tin foil.
Cook in the airfryer at 180C for 10-12 minutes, removing the tin foil half way - this allows the salmon to crisp up.
